Job Title: Senior Executive - Biddable Media
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive in Biddable Media to lead our digital advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of biddable media platforms and a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and engagement through data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads.
2. Bid Strategy: Design and implement bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and click-through rate (CTR).
3. Ad Creative: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
4. Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bidding strategies as needed to ensure efficient allocation of funds and optimal campaign performance.
5. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, analyze data to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
6. Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies for continuous improvement.
7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders on key metrics and trends.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on biddable media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
3. Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and KPIs, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
4. Proficiency in biddable media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and DSPs.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and derive actionable insights.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
