Job Overview

Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN), a Fortune 500 company based in Seattle, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Advertising Account Specialist to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing onboarding and optimization support to new and existing advertisers on the Amazon Advertising platform.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 education and online training to new advertisers, setting them up for success on the Amazon Advertising platform.
  • Understand performance advertising and utilize various tools and techniques to optimize campaign performance, ensuring improved efficiency and meeting clients' KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions to troubleshoot technical or implementation issues.
  • Analyze account performance against key metrics, identifying opportunities to improve designed Amazon products based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products.
  • Prepare documents outlining best practices, SOPs, and frameworks for innovation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales/marketing efforts, preferably with advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A graduate degree with advanced Spanish language skills (minimum B2 or above).
  • Experience working with e-commerce or online advertising platforms is an advantage.
