Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic sales team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within a designated set of named target accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted account strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Research and qualify leads to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage interactions and update records regularly.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and improve outreach campaigns.

Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of generating and qualifying high-quality leads from the North America market. A degree in technology, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), excellent research and prospecting abilities, ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions, strong organizational and time-management skills, self-motivated and goal-oriented, resilient and able to handle rejection, and a collaborative team player.
