Key Account Acquisition Strategist

Aiming to expand our campaign initiatives, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Acquisition Strategist to join our team at AIM. This role is crucial in ensuring the success of our campaigns by driving audience growth through effective acquisition strategies.
Job OverviewAs a Key Account Acquisition Strategist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging key leaders in the US market and target audiences. Your primary objective will be to develop tailored engagement strategies that align with campaign goals and effectively leverage the influence of identified leaders.
Responsibilities- Leadership Engagement & Strategy Development:
- Establish relationships with influential leaders, industry experts, and key stakeholders relevant to our campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive acquisition strategies, encompassing both online and offline channels.
- Coordinate and manage communication channels to facilitate ongoing engagement and collaboration with leaders.
- Develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences and encourages engagement and conversion.
- Campaign Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including acquisition costs, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI.
- Identify areas for optimization and improvement based on data-driven insights, adjusting acquisition strategies as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, design, product development, and analytics, to ensure alignment and collaboration across all aspects of campaign execution.
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform overall campaign strategy and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on audience acquisition, growth marketing, or related areas.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and influencer marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with leaders and engage with target audiences.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing innovative strategies.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
