Talent Acquisition Representative

We are seeking a talented professional to join our sales team as a Talent Acquisition Representative. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in SDR roles and a proven track record of successfully targeting HR personas.

Job Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Representative, you will be responsible for pursuing and qualifying potential leads through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies, primarily in the HR department.
  • Conduct initial conversations with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and pain points.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Apna's HR tech solutions.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Fluent in Hindi.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., FreshSales).
  • Adept at using sales and marketing tools such as Sales Navigator.

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations.
