In this role, you will work closely with our leadership and HR teams to source, attract, and onboard exceptional talent. Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our recruitment efforts. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize platforms like job boards and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Craft compelling job postings that resonate with candidates and communicate with applicants to ensure a smooth and engaging recruitment experience.
- Recruitment Support: Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, and assist in reviewing resumes and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that position 360SRE as a preferred employer, and assist in social media campaigns and recruitment events to attract talent.
- Recruitment Analytics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
