Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Customer Acquisition Representative to join our team at Nobroker. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and growing our business through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with sales scripts and proven track record of success in sales

Others
This role requires flexibility to work on the day shift with 9-hour login between 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, 6 days a week. The week off will be on weekdays. You will also need to be comfortable with calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services. Accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders and processing all customer purchases accordingly are essential tasks. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team and managing customer accounts by ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services are also key responsibilities. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections are critical skills for this role. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales is essential for success in this position.
