About the Opportunity

Osmosys Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Acquisition Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Acquisition Representative, you will be responsible for generating engagement with new customers and strategic partners in Canada and/or UK.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably with products like Dynamics 365 CRM, and a proven track record in outbound phone sales, prospecting, and setting appointments with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify key decision-makers and relevant audiences within target companies to maximize engagement success.
  • Qualify leads generated from marketing efforts, focusing on high-priority contacts and aligning meeting objectives with business goals.
  • Work closely with technical teams to coordinate product demos and technical presentations for prospective clients.
  • Maintain an updated CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting, contributing to an organized pipeline.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and target strategy, staying informed on product updates and industry trends.
