About the Role
As a Senior Delegate Acquisition Strategist at Swethan Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top-tier delegates for our prestigious events.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, enabling them to engage and build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to potential delegates through various channels, including email and calls.
• Pitch the event's value proposition and encourage attendance from key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with delegates, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand event goals, key targets, and overall strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, delegate registrations, and interactions using CRM tools.
• Achieve set delegate acquisition targets within defined timelines.

Requirements:
• 6 months – 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and online research.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
