  • Team Management:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:

    • Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.) to provide insights to leadership.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in the technology or analytics sector.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing innovative recruitment strategies in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
