About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to work closely with hiring managers to understand the company's hiring needs and meet competitive hiring goals. The successful candidate will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, grow relationships with qualified active and passive talent, and partner with the recruiting team to design innovative recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across various open roles, helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
  • Grow high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions become available.
  • Partner with the recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Stay calibrated and active on our ATS, job boards, social networks, and other relevant platforms to find talent and plan job descriptions and announcements.
  • Work with internal management teams to understand their departments' hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Develop and release job postings on our career site through our ATS, social media, and job boards.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of end-to-end non-tech recruitment experience, preferably from real estate, interior fit-out design & build companies, PMCs, IPCs, or leading commercial real estate companies.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to efficiently work in a fast-paced environment with a high Bias for action and customer centricity.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace or MS Office, internet research & search.
  • Proficient with leading job boards, search techniques, and ATS.
  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (phone, video, etc.).

Salary Range: ₹80,00,000 - ₹1,20,00,000 per annum based on location and experience.
