We are seeking an experienced Delegate Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Swethan Consulting. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent communication and networking skills who are passionate about sales and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential delegates through various channels, including email and calls.
  • Pitch the event's value proposition and encourage attendance from decision-makers, industry leaders, and professionals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with delegates and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand event goals, key targets, and overall strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, delegate registrations, and interactions using CRM tools.
  • Achieve set delegate acquisition targets within defined timelines.

The ideal candidate will have 06 months –3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role. They should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to engage and build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.

The salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. As a Delegate Acquisition Specialist, you will be working independently in a remote setup, requiring self-motivation and goal-orientation.

Requirements:
  • Experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and online research.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
