About the Role:

The Sales Trainee will assist in driving growth by generating leads, conducting market research, and providing administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and excellent communication skills.

We're offering a competitive salary of ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, and the opportunity to work with a cutting-edge AI recruitment tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through research, outreach, and follow-up activities
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales data in the CRM system, ensuring lead details, follow-ups, and activities are up to date
  • Prospect Outreach: Assist in contacting prospective B2B clients via email, calls, and to schedule meetings and demos
  • Market Research: Conduct research on competition and their customers, potential B2B clients and their hiring needs, and market trends
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, reports, and sales materials
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and improve the sales process
