Role Overview:
We're seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead and scale our Sales Development Representative (SDR) operations in the US SMB market. The ideal candidate will drive exponential growth, optimize our outbound sales motion, and build a high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale our SDR team to achieve ambitious quarterly targets, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
- Develop and implement strategies to double, triple, or quadruple our current conversion rates, leveraging data-driven insights and modern sales techniques.
- Create and optimize sales playbooks for effective US SMB market penetration, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Coach SDRs to improve performance metrics and conversion rates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handoffs and pipeline management, maximizing conversion rates and revenue generation.
- Drive innovation in our outbound sales processes, exploring new channels and technologies to stay competitive in the market.
- Build and maintain a results-driven, energetic sales culture that attracts top talent and drives business success.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years managing SDR teams, demonstrating a proven track record of scaling outbound sales operations and hitting aggressive targets.
- Proven experience selling to the US SMB market, with a strong understanding of the sector's needs and pain points.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams, drive cultural transformation, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Data-driven approach to sales optimization, with expertise in using sales tech stack and modern outbound strategies to drive results.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
