This role requires a strong leader who can develop and implement tailored outreach strategies leveraging email campaigns, social media (especially LinkedIn), and cold calling techniques suited to the US audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the SDR team to generate and qualify leads exclusively for the US market.
  • Develop and implement tailored outreach strategies leveraging email campaigns, social media (especially LinkedIn), and cold calling techniques suited to the US audience.
  • Conduct market research to deepen the understanding of US-based prospects and optimize lead qualification processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine the ideal customer profile (ICP) specific to the US market and ensure effective targeting.
  • Analyze SDR team performance and market engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with US business goals.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in an SDR Manager role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation and qualification targets in prior roles.
  • Extensive experience using HubSpot CRM for managing sales pipelines and generating reports.
  • Deep understanding of lead generation strategies tailored to US market dynamics, including cultural nuances and buying behaviors.

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be based in Bengaluru, India.
