We're looking for a seasoned Sales Development Manager to lead and manage our SDR team, focusing exclusively on the US market. This role involves developing tailored outreach strategies leveraging email campaigns, social media (especially LinkedIn), and cold calling techniques suited to the US audience.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in an SDR Manager role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation and qualification targets in prior roles. They will also possess extensive experience using HubSpot CRM for managing sales pipelines and generating reports.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be based in Bengaluru, India.
