Sales and Business Development Representative

At BiteSpeed, we are looking for two highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representatives to join our team. As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in high-volume sales at an SMB SaaS startup. You should have a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to e-commerce businesses. A strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and its challenges is essential.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹12-15 lakhs per annum, plus performance-based bonuses. Additionally, you will receive generous equity (ESOP) and benefits such as health insurance, work-from-home budget, quarterly off-sites, cult fitness membership, personal development opportunities, and unlimited leaves.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales strategies. You will work closely with our BDR team to generate leads and convert them into paying customers. We are looking for individuals who can build relationships with e-commerce business owners, understand their pain points, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
