About the Role

The Sales Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
  • Managing existing client accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identifying and engaging with new prospects to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and sales initiatives.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins for the company.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
  • Proven expertise in sales strategy, capable of formulating and executing effective sales plans.
  • Exceptional closing skills to drive sales opportunities to closing.
  • Strong negotiation skills to facilitate favorable agreements with clients and vendors.
  • In-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information and support to clients.
