Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Manager

Talentiser is looking for a highly skilled and experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, supply chain management, and leadership.

**Job Summary:**

  • This role involves developing and executing comprehensive strategies for selling products on marketplace platforms, including identifying target markets, setting growth objectives, and assessing competition.
  • The successful candidate will monitor inventory levels across marketplaces to ensure adequate stock availability and collaborate with the Procurement and Supply Chain teams to address stock gaps and pricing strategies.
  • We are seeking someone who can build and maintain strong relationships with both marketplace account managers and key clients, negotiate terms, resolve disputes, and identify opportunities for preferred placement or promotional activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Marketplace Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategies for selling products on marketplace platforms.
  • Inventory and Pricing Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
  • Relationship Management (Marketplace & Clients): Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers and key clients.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketplace operations are integrated with overall business goals.
  • Revenue and Profitability Optimization: Continuously monitor sales, profitability, and performance metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or supply chain management, with at least 5+ years in a managerial position.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in managing multiple marketplaces.
  • Must have 3+ years in General Trade or Modern Trade Experience.
  • Must have a 3+ years of strong understanding about E-commerce experience.
  • Preferred: Experience in managing FMCG and CPG brands, particularly within the healthcare, wellness, and beauty sectors.
