We are a rapidly growing life sciences company seeking an experienced E-Commerce Operations and Sales Strategist to drive revenue growth and manage our e-commerce sales operations.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum based on experience and performance.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to oversee day-to-day e-commerce activities, coordinate with the digital marketing team, onboard influencers, and implement innovative strategies to boost online sales.
Main Responsibilities
- E-Commerce Operations Management:
- Manage daily operations of our e-commerce platforms (company website, marketplaces, etc.).
- Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and up-to-date with high-quality content and images.
- Manage inventory, cataloguing, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce channels.
- Sales Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and improve overall revenue.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Generate monthly sales performance reports and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaboration with Digital Marketing:
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to plan and execute online campaigns and social media strategies.
- Track the performance of campaigns and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to design and implement special promotions and seasonal offers.
- Customer Experience Management:
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback on e-commerce platforms and resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure a seamless shopping experience by coordinating with customer support and logistics teams.
- Innovation and Strategy:
- Bring fresh ideas to enhance the user experience and increase conversions.
- Identify and onboard new marketplaces or e-commerce platforms to expand the brand's online presence.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis to track performance metrics.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and online marketing tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to think creatively and implement innovative strategies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce sales, operations, or related roles.
- Familiarity with e-commerce management tools and software.
