About the Role
Saaki is a dynamic company that requires an E-Commerce Growth Strategist to propel our online business forward. As a key member of our team, you will focus on revenue generation and sustainable growth while overseeing all sales touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven online sales strategies that drive revenue growth across all channels in line with our overall sales goals. This includes managing all aspects of the online sales process from product listing optimization to order fulfillment, analyzing sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and working closely with marketing, merchandising, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. Additionally, you will monitor revenue performance closely and adjust strategies as needed to achieve growth targets, track and analyze revenue generated through both the website and various marketplaces, develop and implement pricing models considering customer segmentation, product life cycles, and value propositions, manage price changes and promotions ensuring they are aligned with overall business objectives, and monitor and analyze the impact of pricing strategies on sales, revenue, and market share.

Digital Channel Management
In this role, you will also be responsible for creating and maintaining daily updates to the website catalog and discounts, uploading and maintaining backend website content including banners and page structures, testing and implementing new website-compatible tools and plugins, managing both routine and event-based discounting strategies, regularly taking up SEO improvements for the website, staying up-to-date and implementing the latest digital marketing trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization CRO, collaborating closely with the development team/agency to enhance the user experience, and implementing retention strategies and up-selling & cross-selling offers to retain and expand the customer base.

Marketplace Channel Management
Furthermore, you will create and maintain daily catalogs and discounts on all marketplaces, oversee storefront management, product catalog health, product ranking and reviews on all platforms to drive growth, create and manage performance marketing and brand marketing campaigns on marketing platforms linked to marketplaces to improve visibility and drive sales for the brand, conduct thorough evaluations of marketing channels and activities to optimize revenue, develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, style costing / MRP derivation based on perceived costs derived, ensure styles fit as per Range Plan, manage OTB – Financials – Budgets, analyzing market trends, competitor's activities and customer feedback, assortment planning, preparing range briefs, finalizing the OTBs, planning fresh season launches, planning sales promotions, stock-liquidation and markdown planning, identifying & nurturing new & unexplored segments based on market needs, preparing discounts and product grouping for sales on the website, monitoring and analyzing stock sales across channels, mananging pricing, discounts and event participation on marketplaces, prepare and review weekly and monthly reports, assist offline marketing events as required, coordinate and monitor performance marketing activity across diverse channels, manage budget allocation for social media channels to maximize revenue, monitor traffic and conversion data for our channels, analyze customer feedback to refine user experience and boost traffic on digital platforms, identify and explore new channels to meet or surpass established metrics, collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to refine audience strategies, and prepare comprehensive data-led reports.

Requirements
We require a Bachelor's/Master's degree in management preferably with Fashion and Data focus, proficiency in report generation and advanced Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word + Shopify knowledge, proven experience in the e-commerce industry with a strong track record of driving online sales, expertise in managing product listings, inventory, pricing strategies, and other e-commerce operations, in-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, exceptional analytical skills and ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making, excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is advantageous, prior experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, and an estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
