E-commerce Growth Strategist

This is a dynamic opportunity to join our Direct Sales team as an E-commerce Growth Strategist. We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of driving business growth, developing strategic relationships, and executing account-level strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Contribute to the development of business strategy, identify high-value seller accounts, align stakeholders, and onboard accounts for selling on Amazon.
• Business Growth: Drive complex metrics that deliver quick growth, improve customer and seller experiences, and enable scalability of business in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Relationship Management: Build and cultivate strong relationships with high-value sellers and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and business advocate.
• Process Excellence: Analyze key metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to contribute to the development of features and programs that accelerate HVS account growth and improve collaboration with Amazon.
A Day in the Life:
You will be responsible for achieving revenue goals by driving strategic conversations, working backwards from account acquisition goals, and implementing growth strategies for named HVS accounts. You will execute account-level KPIs by focusing on marketplace brand presence, leveraging channels for faster delivery to customers, developing advertisement strategies, and improving selection quality to generate sales orders. You will use category expertise to forecast business for assigned accounts, drive engagements, and act as an internal voice-of-seller to influence marketplace policies and products.

We are part of myGwork, an inclusive employer and a member of the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. This role would be part of our Direct Sales team, responsible for onboarding and growing marque brands and brand partners as direct sellers onto Amazon marketplace.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas (preferred)
- Experience in e-commerce (preferred)
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization (preferred)
Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
