Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective sales and marketing operations.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement sales strategies to meet new business plans and enhance revenue generation.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans to launch new products and achieve agreed volume, market share, and profit objectives.
  • Identify and analyze potential market segments, tap into potential accounts, and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Manage sales and marketing operations, implement sales promotional activities, and monitor channel sales and marketing activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (any) or MBA/PGDM (any) 2-year full-time from an institution of repute.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Consumer Durables/FMCG/IT/Telecom industry with exposure to E-commerce/Online/Modern Trade business.
  • Industry preference from Appliances, Consumer Durable, Telecom, IT, E-commerce. Should have experience in Digital Marketing.
