The Role

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and headhunting talents through job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Identifying candidates with the right skills to match client requirements is crucial. The ideal candidate will have experience in product tech hiring and execute the recruitment strategy, driving a proactive pipeline of talents. Job requirements will be placed on the internet and portals to increase the available candidate pool. The end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to joining, will be managed, ensuring a high-quality process. Daily, weekly, and monthly reports will be maintained to analyze performance.

Ideal Profile

Required skills include:

  • Proven work experience as a Non-Technical Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, such as social media recruiting and Boolean search.
  • Expertise in social media hiring, particularly from LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Job posting in various portals, including Hires, Indeed, iimjobs, and LinkedIn.
  • Creating templates for job postings in multiple platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education background in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or B.Sc. (Computer) with an MBA (preferable).
