Responsibilities

  • As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Professional, you will work with a team of seasoned talent scouts to identify and onboard top talent for our expanding team across multiple offices and functions.
  • Partner with business leaders/hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs.
  • Develop a sourcing strategy in partnership with your hiring managers through market insights to enable talent decisions.
  • Influence candidates & business stakeholders through your understanding of the organization.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Manage the selection process to ensure the best candidate experience.
  • Create compelling offer proposals and manage post-offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Contribute to various Talent acquisition initiatives & programs.
  • Build & maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.

Requirements

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build & analyze reports.
  • Strong candidate interviewing skills.
  • Understanding of recruitment process & systems.
  • Process-oriented: Demonstrable commitment to defining, documenting and following processes and workflows.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree with 4-7 years of experience in volume hiring and recruitment for technology business.
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portal, social media & employee referral).
  • Experience in candidate assessment and management.
