Talent Acquisition and Resourcing

We are looking for a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Nuage Compusys Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and update job descriptions to effectively communicate the requirements of open positions.
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels, utilizing business networks and professional associations.
  • Craft compelling recruiting emails to attract passive candidates and encourage them to apply.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms, identifying top talent and assessing their fit for our organization.
  • Conduct thorough interviews with candidates, gathering essential information to inform hiring decisions.
  • Advertise job openings on our careers page, social media, job boards, and internally, ensuring maximum visibility.
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers, enabling them to make informed decisions.
  • Send job offer emails and respond to queries about compensation and benefits, streamlining the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs, ensuring our workforce remains aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires, assisting with their onboarding and integration into our team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
