Job Title: Marketplace E-commerce Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace E-commerce Manager to join our team at XpertReach. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and presence of our company across various online marketplaces in India.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a strategic plan for growth on key marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
* Conduct competitive analysis, identify trends, and use insights to optimize product positioning.
* Create annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to meet growth objectives and drive profitability.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
* 5-8 years of experience in e-commerce, specifically in marketplace management for consumer goods or kitchen appliances.
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing P&L for products on marketplaces.
* Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices, SEO, and digital marketing in a B2C environment.
* Proficiency in using marketplace tools like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and third-party analytics tools.
* Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
