Job Overview

XpertReach is seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth and presence across various online marketplaces in India. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of e-commerce marketplace operations, from sales strategy development to customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • E-commerce Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and execute strategic plans for growth on key marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant platforms.
    • Conduct competitor analysis, identify trends, and use insights to optimize product positioning.
    • Create sales plans to meet growth objectives and drive profitability.
  • Product Listings & Catalog Management:
    • Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications.
    • Enhance product visibility through SEO optimization and digital marketing.
    • Oversee catalog updates and product launches, maintaining a consistent brand image.
  • Sales & Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor sales performance, identifying top-selling SKUs and areas for improvement.
    • Track and analyze metrics like conversion rates, sales growth, and customer feedback.
    • Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Inventory & Order Management:
    • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal inventory levels across marketplaces.
    • Implement measures to reduce stockouts and overstock situations.
    • Ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve logistics-related issues.
  • Marketing & Promotions:
    • Develop and execute promotional campaigns on marketplaces, including discounts and product bundling.
    • Work with digital marketing teams to leverage paid ads and sponsored listings.
    • Collaborate with marketplace account managers to drive visibility and promotions.
  • Customer Experience & Feedback:
    • Ensure positive customer experiences by responding to queries and feedback.
    • Track customer satisfaction metrics and implement actions to improve.
    • Lead initiatives to resolve customer complaints and enhance after-sales support.
    Requirements
    • Key Skills and Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
      • 5-8 years of experience in e-commerce, specifically in marketplace management for consumer goods or kitchen appliances.
      • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing P&L for products on marketplaces.
      • Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices, SEO, and digital marketing in a B2C environment.
      • Proficiency in using marketplace tools and third-party analytics tools.
      • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
      • Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing industry dynamics.
