Responsibilities:- E-commerce Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for growth on key marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis, identify trends, and use insights to optimize product positioning.
- Create sales plans to meet growth objectives and drive profitability.
- Product Listings & Catalog Management:
- Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications.
- Enhance product visibility through SEO optimization and digital marketing.
- Oversee catalog updates and product launches, maintaining a consistent brand image.
- Sales & Performance Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance, identifying top-selling SKUs and areas for improvement.
- Track and analyze metrics like conversion rates, sales growth, and customer feedback.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Inventory & Order Management:
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal inventory levels across marketplaces.

- Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in e-commerce, specifically in marketplace management for consumer goods or kitchen appliances.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing P&L for products on marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices, SEO, and digital marketing in a B2C environment.
- Proficiency in using marketplace tools and third-party analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing industry dynamics.
- Competitive salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
