- Partner with business development and sales operations to enhance sales outreach performance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Development Manager or similar closing position.
- Strong leadership skills to hold team members accountable for results.
- Excellent understanding of reporting, forecasting, and B2B sales processes.
- Proficiency in CRM software and experience in the IT sector or customer support.
The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
