About the role:

This sales position involves engaging with corporates and startups to promote Plum's innovative solutions. As a dynamic sales associate, you will be part of a high-velocity sales team responsible for driving revenue growth.

Your mission is clear: convert qualified leads into valued clients, maximizing revenue potential. Under the guidance of industry experts, you'll acquire the skills needed to excel in insurtech sales.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Building and managing a pipeline of prospective clients through internal and external sources
  • Presenting Plum's products to clients in pitch meetings
  • Navigating complex sales cycles for technical products
  • Maintaining high levels of engagement with clients throughout the sales cycle
  • Proactively sourcing new leads and opportunities, supported by sales development and marketing functions, as well as client referrals
  • Owning the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned clients

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High professionalism and results-driven mindset
  • Coachability, learning attitude, and great listening skills
  • The ability to present themselves confidently and articulately face-to-face, over the phone, and via email to clients
