The Role: As an Insurance Sales and Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue by identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and leveraging various digital platforms.
- Engage with clients to understand their business and insurance requirements, building long-term relationships.
- Provide clients with detailed information about various insurance products, ensuring they choose the best coverage for their needs.
- Drive sales by effectively communicating value propositions, negotiating terms, and closing leads.
- Work closely with the external sales and account management teams to align strategies and meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, proposals, and policies, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales, preferably in the General Insurance or Insurance broking industry.
- Effective interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse levels of management.
- Good analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Insurance Brokers Regulations and Insurance Products.
- A good working knowledge of MS-Office applications.
We Offer:
