This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Unit Manager (Agency) at Shriram Life Insurance in Bengaluru. As a Senior Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading agency operations, recruiting and training agents, achieving sales targets, developing business strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
ResponsibilitiesSome of your key responsibilities as a Senior Unit Manager will include:
