Job Title: Relationship Building and Sales Manager

Job Summary:

As a Relationship Building and Sales Manager at Tata AIA Life Insurance, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through strategic partnerships and relationship-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve pre-set business targets on WNBP, persistency, case count, active branch, active sales staff, and various KPIs for designated branches
  • Work jointly with the Branch Manager on Business Implementation plan
  • Drive and motivate branch staff, providing support for logging in applications sourced
  • Tap into the right database of the branch and ensure authentic documentation
  • Build relationships with HDFC branch staff and ensure business targets and productivity targets of allocated branches are met effectively
  • Prospect and meet customers within and outside the branch as required
  • Develop, agree, and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets
  • Achieve branch staff activation targets
  • Work collectively with HDFC staff and conduct joint sales calls as a team to achieve business numbers
  • Seek commitment from the partner towards achievement of business objectives
