Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Max Life Insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for

  1. Establishing and strengthening relationships with our allocated customer base
  2. Ensuring retention of customers in their allocated "Book of Relations"
  3. Acting as a single point of contact for customers
  4. Identifying financial goals and providing financial planning assistance
  5. Conducting competition analysis to give professional advice

Sales Performance

  1. Focusing on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  2. Ensuring successful completion of licensing as per MLI standards

Key Performance Indicators

  1. Meeting TAT adherence for updating System - CRM Next
  2. Achieving successful completion of cross-sell/up-sell business goals
  3. Collection of payment/premium from 91-180 days due policies
  4. Resolving customer complaints and ensuring high customer satisfaction
  5. Achieving retention targets
  6. Conducting more than 45 unique customer meetings per month
  7. Maintaining more than 90% attendance of total working days
  8. Scoring 80% or higher in functional trainings

Key Relationships

  1. Internal: HR, Trainers, Supervisors, Peers
  2. External: Customers

Required Skills

  1. Process and result orientation
  2. Customer-centricity and relationship building
  3. Basic computer knowledge
  4. Good communication skills in English and regional language

Desired Qualification and Experience

  1. 0-1.5 years in sales of insurance or related fields
  2. Age: 20-25 years
  3. Must own a conveyance
  4. Good communication skills
