Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Max Life Insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for
- Establishing and strengthening relationships with our allocated customer base
- Ensuring retention of customers in their allocated "Book of Relations"
- Acting as a single point of contact for customers
- Identifying financial goals and providing financial planning assistance
- Conducting competition analysis to give professional advice
Sales Performance
- Focusing on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Ensuring successful completion of licensing as per MLI standards
Key Performance Indicators
- Meeting TAT adherence for updating System - CRM Next
- Achieving successful completion of cross-sell/up-sell business goals
- Collection of payment/premium from 91-180 days due policies
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Achieving retention targets
- Conducting more than 45 unique customer meetings per month
- Maintaining more than 90% attendance of total working days
- Scoring 80% or higher in functional trainings

- Internal: HR, Trainers, Supervisors, Peers
- External: Customers
Required Skills
- Process and result orientation
- Customer-centricity and relationship building
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills in English and regional language
Desired Qualification and Experience
- 0-1.5 years in sales of insurance or related fields
- Age: 20-25 years
- Must own a conveyance
