Insurance Operations Manager

Oversee the administration of medical services to Insurance and Corporate patients or customers of Spandana Hospital.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with insurance companies regarding eligibility, payments, and other requirements.
Organize training sessions for employees to enhance their understanding of insurance policies and conditions.
Ensure accuracy in insurance claims by reviewing them in accordance with agreements before dispatching them to respective insurance companies.
Proactively report critical issues to management and submit monthly reports to the line manager and accounts department.
Design and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficiency and accuracy in insurance operations.
Monitor insurance discounts and rejections, and prepare and submit periodic reports to the finance manager for review.
Ensure that insurance schemes are up-to-date on the system.
Conduct weekly departmental meetings with staff to provide updates and educate them on new work methods.
Attend and organize insurance presentations internally and externally.
Provide guidance and on-job coaching and in-service training to staff under direct supervision.
Report any abnormalities to the security and/or concerns department as needed.
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
