Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager - OEM to lead our Motor Insurance business in Bangalore. As a Key Account Manager - OEM, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, activate and retain dealers, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive Motor Insurance sales and retention in Bangalore.
- Activate and retain dealers by providing them with value-added services, collaborating with partners and insurance companies, and ensuring timely resolution of servicing issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and resolve escalations.
- Design and implement strategies to increase renewals, penetration, and retention, and identify opportunities to improve business processes.
- Participate in market research and development to enhance penetration and retention, and identify low-penetration dealers and control business leakage.
- Coordinate with insurers and sales teams to ensure smooth payment reconciliations, MIS and reporting, and system development and upgradation.
- Participate in internal and external audits, and ensure quality checks while delivering new system developments.
- Design business requirement documents for new developments, and ensure successful onboarding of new insurers.
- Regularly conduct market surveys to understand market dynamics on products, pricing, servicing, and innovations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Motor Insurance business development, dealer activation, and retention.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
