As the largest domestic spirits company and the 3rd largest IMFL company in India, Allied Blenders & Distillers Ltd. is a stalwart in the Indian alcobev industry. With a presence in almost all categories within the spirits industry, the company has established itself as a leader in the market.
Purpose of the Role:The Manager - On-Premise will be responsible for driving sales and brand presence in high-end bars, restaurants, starred hotels, and other high-profile on-premise venues. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that the brand is well-represented in all identified on-premise locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key on-premise accounts, including high-end bars, restaurants, hotels, Starred Properties, and other high-profile clubs & event venues.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the on-premise channel, with a focus on driving volume and market share.
- Brand Activation: Plan and execute brand activation events and promotions at identified on-premise locations to engage consumers and drive trial and conversion.
- Training & Education: Train and educate on-premise staff on the brand's products, key selling points, and proper serving techniques.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in consumer preferences within the on-premise channel.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales or account management within the alcobev industry, specifically in the on-premise channel.
- Experience in Key Accounts/ Institutionalized Sales in the alcohol beverage industry will be preferred.
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, especially in bartending, event management preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
