Job Description

A Key Account Manager at OpeninApp will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most important clients. This role involves understanding client needs, developing strategic plans, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet those needs. The KAM will work to achieve sales targets, drive growth, and maximize client retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters. Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in key accounts. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts. Prepare regular reports on account status, including forecasts, sales metrics, and account plans.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. Manage and resolve conflicts with clients to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Sales and Revenue Management: Achieve assigned sales quotas and account objectives. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within key accounts. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Client Support and Feedback: Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts. Act as a client advocate, conveying client feedback to internal teams to improve products and services. Conduct regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and address any issues proactively.
