Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a high-performing team of real estate sales experts to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning:
  • Craft and execute strategic sales plans that meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with top-tier management to set realistic sales targets and revenue forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record: 2-3 years of success in real estate sales, specifically in Bangalore's vibrant market.
  • Sales Expertise: Consistently surpassing sales targets while demonstrating strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Market Mastery: In-depth knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market, including market trends, property types, and customer preferences.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools and sales software.
  • Professional Integrity: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Fast-paced Environment: Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 annually based on experience, along with opportunities for growth and professional development in a fast-paced startup environment.
