Job DescriptionProject Lead Role Summary:
As a Project Lead at Ivy Homes, you will play a key role in managing and guiding our dynamic sales team to achieve exceptional results in the real estate market. Your leadership will shape strategies and practices to ensure efficient and effective property sales. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to oversee operations, provide insights, and mentor your team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction, guidance, and motivation to your sales team to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Oversee daily sales team operations to ensure each team member effectively manages their responsibilities and meets targets.
- Serve as a point of escalation for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (brokers) to generate customer leads and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies aligning with Ivy Homes' goals and market trends.
- Track and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about product updates, market conditions, and competing products to ensure the team can effectively position Ivy Homes.
- Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills and drive sales success.
- Oversee customer database management and lead follow-up to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market insights to senior management.
- Support your team in closing deals, overcoming objections, and achieving sales targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, or Insurance sectors.
- More than 1 year of leadership experience within the Residential Real Estate Industry is mandatory.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve goals.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and build long-term relationships.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, negotiation tactics, and market dynamics in the real estate sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.
- The willingness to work in a target-oriented environment with flexibility to work weekends and travel within the Bangalore region as required.
