About the Role:

The Lead Central team at Amazon Seller Services is focused on generating and optimizing high-quality seller/partner leads to improve sales productivity on Amazon.in. As a Partner Manager - Central Sales Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving the identification, sourcing, and optimization of high-value seller leads for Amazon.in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive high-value seller leads for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to scale lead generation efforts.
  • Negotiate and manage the lead sourcing infrastructure, overseeing the entire process from generation to payout.
  • Ensure the quality of leads adheres to standards through regular audits.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve lead consumption and conversion, ensuring better sales outcomes.
  • Analyze data to track key program interventions and drive continuous program improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, including understanding of lead generation and management.
  • Data analysis skills, including experience analyzing data to identify performance drivers and improvement areas.
  • MBA with 1-2 years of professional experience.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL and Salesforce.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.

Estimated Salary: ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
