About the Role
We seek an experienced Sales Growth Leader to drive revenue expansion and establish strategic partnerships within the coworking industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets, leveraging upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and developing innovative strategies to engage with corporate clients and broker networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by promoting Quest's flexible office spaces, including coworking memberships, private offices, meeting rooms, and virtual office services.
- Leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Quest's product suite.
- Develop lead pipelines through innovative strategies such as networking events, digital outreach, and broker collaborations.
- Conduct detailed client needs analysis and provide tailored recommendations to match their requirements with Quest's offerings.
- Position Quest Coworks as a strategic partner for businesses seeking agile workspaces.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or business development, preferably within coworking, hospitality, or commercial real estate sectors.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and achieve ambitious sales KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building and influencing decision-makers.
- Experience in managing relationships with brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics, and MS Office tools.
Salary & Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is ₹30 lakhs per annum, plus performance-based incentives and rewards for exceeding sales targets.
