Sales Leader

At Epicenter Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we're seeking an exceptional Sales Leader to drive our IT sales initiatives forward. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Job Description:
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning to effectively engage with customers.
  • Build and manage a sales organization to drive business growth in the US and India operations.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective selling tools and materials.
  • Prepare and present proposals, solution documents, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain product positioning and strategies through regular communication with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology products, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in AI, RPA, and software development technologies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills, with a focus on building and leading high-performing sales teams.
