Sales Enablement Leader

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales/BD Enablement Specialist who will work collaboratively with marketing, sales, product, and other key stakeholders to drive sales results and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- New Hire Onboarding & Training: Design and deliver onboarding, training, and certification programs for Sales and Presales teams.
- Technology-Driven Enablement: Deploy and manage sales enablement tools and platforms, including CRM (Salesforce), Content Management (Showpad, Highspot, Seismic), Revenue Forecasting (Clari), Conversational AI (Gong, Chorus), Learning Management Systems, and Demo Automation (Consensus).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Implement enablement programs, training, and coaching to enhance sales skills and productivity.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Zycus' business model, processes, and product attributes.
- Learning Programs: Design and execute learning programs focusing on 'what to sell' and 'how to sell.'
- Sales Performance: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure exceptional sales performance, achieving sales, retention, and revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong inclination to learn and implement new technology-driven sales methodologies, with experience in sales enablement, sales coaching/mentoring, sales operations, content creation, or sales. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
