Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing sales operations processes to enable productivity of the sales team. The successful candidate will act as a single point of contact for all sales team needs, ensure timely reporting, and analyze sales and financial performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage sales operations to drive team productivity
  • Act as a single POC for sales team needs, including CRM, targets, incentives, and more
  • Ensure weekly/monthly reporting and analysis of sales and financial performance
  • Work on estimates and trends to provide tactical insights on future outlook
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for accurate data presentation
  • Improve sales processes through better measurement and execution

Requirements
