Job Description:As a Business Partner Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading operational excellence by supporting the execution of our NLAC operating model and leading practices across the Customer Value Journey. This includes Go-to-Market Management, Customer Success Planning, Demand Management, Forecasting Management, Deal Execution, Performance Management, Adoption, Consumption, and Renewals.
You will also orchestrate these operating processes and drive innovation with a clear focus on automation, operational efficiency, and sales force productivity. Additionally, you will analyze the health of our business, ensure rigorous oversight, and drive initiatives and actions to catalyze business performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:We are looking for individuals with 2+ years of sales, sales operations, financial, or consulting experience. A BA/BS degree is required, with postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA) highly regarded. Experience working in high-growth and performance-focused environments is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary, as well as a deep understanding of sales processes in a business-to-business environment. High-level strategic and tactical agility, strong analytical skills, and detail orientation are also required.
Able to take lead and act as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership, you should have proficiency in using sales-related tools (e.g., CRM, Sales Performance Management). An agile self-starter with high levels of integrity and work capacity is necessary.
