Overview

The Sales Planning Team is responsible for driving the sales business of Axis Bank by supporting the sales team to increase product/process knowledge among the Sales Executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive process automation to ensure smooth business operation
  • Create and manage digital enablers to enable last mile communication
  • Leverage AI to enhance daily sales activities such as sales planning, market mapping, and query resolution using chat bots
  • Ensure seamless TAB functionality for all resources in Liability Sales
  • Collaborate with CO for STP on TAB for all products
  • Develop processes around TAB allocation for new SEs and handover from resigned SEs
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Graduation from a recognized institute
Role Proficiencies
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to speak with conviction using data and logic
  • Aptitude in building rapport with professionals at various levels of the organization and external environment
  • Ability in problem-solving
Estimated Salary Range

Rupee 15 lac to 25 lac per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
