Business Development Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our stores towards long-term success. As a Business Development Strategist at Swen Services, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing business growth plans that drive revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance store operations, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales.
- Mentor and guide a team of store managers to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or a related industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, based on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
