Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing sales operations to drive productivity and enable sales teams to meet their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a single point of contact for all sales team needs and requirements, including CRM, targets, incentives, and more.
  • Manage the sales operations process to improve sales team efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure timely reporting and analysis of sales and financial performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Analyze estimates and trends to provide insights on future outlook and make tactical recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate Power BI dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Improve sales processes through better measurement and execution.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales operations, CRM management, and data analysis. Proficiency in tools like Power BI and Microsoft Excel is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹8-12 lakhs (approximately $10,000-$15,000 USD) depending on location and experience.
