Job Overview

Servify is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our Field Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales programs that drive business growth and exceed sales objectives.

About the Role

  • We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • You will work closely with Area Sales Executives to enable them to sell more and create program initiatives that help our clients succeed over their competition.
  • As a seasoned professional, you will allocate and control company resources, manage productivity, and implement CRM protocols for each customer program.
  • You will also conduct training for low-performing Area Sales Executives, guide them to improve performance, and achieve targets.
  • An ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and co-own organization goals is essential.
  • You will be responsible for managing incentives, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing and maintaining SOPs for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing-related program management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline required (MBA preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Tableau/Excel sales and monitoring tools.
  • Ability to work both in the office and in the field.
  • Decent oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Can manage large teams/off-roll staff/promoters.
